Hi Carrie
We have a throttle limits on, do you know whether it is possible to bypass / implement the throttles based on the statement type?
We have a number of users that are being held up when trying a simple delete because the explain plan is greater than our thereshold limit of 1 second. Increasing it beyond a second generically is not currently an option and we may see better throughput if we can simple let deletes go into a priority workload.
Thoughts?
